Fields Breakdown
1. Dispatch ID
- Definition: A unique identifier automatically generated for each dispatch transaction.
- Purpose: Helps track and reference specific dispatches for inquiries, updates, or reporting.
- Example: "DISP-12345."
2. Warehouse
- Definition: The name or ID of the warehouse responsible for the dispatch.
- Purpose: Allows clients to see which warehouse processed their inventory dispatch.
- Example: "NYC-Warehouse-001."
3. Status
- Definition: Indicates the current state of the dispatch process.
- Possible Statuses:
- Pending: The dispatch request is created but not yet processed.

- Accepted: The warehouse Accepted the inventory this mean now you can dispatched it to selected warehouse.
